I've been reading the emails and have looked at the photos, seems like you have had two great meetings. Our trip was amazing and it is nice to be home.

Lorraine Turtle led us to a greater understanding of the possible riches to be mined from BDM certificates. She explained why it is that transcription agents can sometimes find out more details than originally appear on a certificate.
